The LOC-matic attachments for excavators are configured for customer-specific use in different design variants and in variable wear protection designs. For this purpose, a choice can be made between all leading wear protection system manufacturers.

In the LOC-matic excavator buckets, particular emphasis is placed on the special design feature – the free cut. In addition to excellent penetration and filling torque, the excavator buckets are characterized by their extremely high torsional stiffness, especially in heavy rock applications.

The HD-hydraulic face shovels are manufactured in the ZX870/890 and EX1200 series in cooperation as OEM partners. The design “TS” was developed in cooperation with Mr. Thomas Schmalz (†) based on concrete data from the field. A new geometry as well as the new base assembly and other changes show clear advantages.

The HD ripper tooth is considered a highly efficient tool in tough applications. This can also be equipped with a wide range of wear protection options.
